[Feature] Improve `working_dir` behaviour

• Automatically detect the working_dir from the Docker image
• Allow to set an absolute path to working_dir

Without it, specifying a path under files can be quite counter-intuitive:

working_dir: /examples # if not specified, taken from the image
files:
  - examples
    path: .

May be required for #2851

We still need to add automatic import of the working directory from the Docker image as planned.

We even write it in a warning:

The working_dir is not set — using legacy default "/workflow". Future versions will default to the image's working
directory.

I'd create a new issue since now it's only about dropping the support for legacy working_dir.
