[Bug]: Tour missing step

Steps to reproduce

tried to use dstack sky as a new user but ran into problems:

1. webUI right side bar has steps for Tour, but clicking the first "Set up the CLI" doesn't do anything besides saying "run the dstack apply command".
2. had to hunt around official doc.
3. Then clicked left side bar "General > Projects" and I see the command to copy with url and token.
4. then the tour says step 1 completed. pic:

No response

Expected behaviour

I think the intended behavior is that clicking Tour step 1 "Set up the CLI" should bring up the Projects page so users would see the command to copy?
