[jobSender] the jobOptions need to be modified in order to incorporate the EvtMax, SkipEvents and FileInputs options

Now, the jobOption provided by the user could not contain the EvtMax, SkipEvents and FilesInput keywords. We need a mechanism to be sure that those keywords are there and they are used properly.
