Spectral Plugin is not showing any results and page hangs

Hi,

I have installed backstage and configured spectral plugin. I have added sample Kind as API. Other plugins are getting populated. When i click on spectral tab link it doesn't show anything and screen hangs.

I am not getting error in CLI. When i am running the same example using Spectral CLI, i am getting below response

Can someone help me what steps i have not followed or what is going wrong. Let me know if you need any additional details
