Maven doens't work

When I follow the manual and try to use maven I get the following error:

Failed to execute goal org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-dependency-plugin:2.1:copy (copy) on project eIdApplet: Unable to find artifact. You've got the groupId wrong. It should be be.fedict.eid-applet
