Changing clinical data in Matlab

Is there a way to change the clinical data after the SJ data has been processed in Matlab? I would like to change Botox to botox. Do I need to reprocess?

You could write a (relatively short) special purpose matlab script that changes the datastructures in that way.
But, since reprocessing is an automatic process (if you organise your directories in a good way), the most
easy solution is to leave your computer running and processing during lunch (or at night)...

the problem is not having to reprocess. It's that I have edited the data in the software using the quality check and the EMG onset options. Having to re-do that will be annoying.
