Bulk locks/unlocks

Add a way to lock/unlock all containers in a selected area (like WorldEdit areas).

• Make it highly customizable
  • Find good defaults
  • Enable/disable bulk unlocks.
  • Define selection tool item
  • Limit area by:
    • dimensions:
      • max width
      • max height
    • volume
