📜 SOFTWARE LICENSE AND RESTRICTIONS

License Grant:

This software is provided under a Dual License Structure: GPLv3 (default) and Commercial License options. The license grants you limited rights to use, modify, and distribute the software ONLY for legitimate security testing purposes on systems you own or have explicit written authorization to test.

  • GPLv3 License: For educational, research, personal, and open-source projects
  • Commercial License: For commercial entities, proprietary projects, closed-source derivatives

License-Specific Terms:

  1. NO UNAUTHORIZED USE - Use only on networks and systems you own or have explicit written permission to test
  2. GPLv3 COMPLIANCE - If using under GPLv3, must comply with copyleft requirements and source disclosure
  3. COMMERCIAL USE - For commercial/proprietary use, obtain commercial license via @easyprotech
  4. NO CRIMINAL USE - Absolutely prohibited for any illegal activities under either license
  5. ATTRIBUTION REQUIRED - Must maintain all copyright notices and attributions

  4. You understand the legal risks associated with penetration testing tools
  5. You will indemnify and hold harmless EasyProTech LLC from any claims arising from your use

Technical Understanding:

  1. You understand the technical capabilities and potential impacts of this software
  2. You have adequate technical knowledge to use these tools safely
  3. You will not use these tools beyond your level of expertise
  4. You will implement appropriate safeguards to prevent accidental damage
  5. You will monitor and control the scope and impact of your activities

Ethical Obligations:

  1. You will use this software ethically and in accordance with professional standards
  2. You will not cause harm to individuals, organizations, or critical infrastructure
  3. You will practice responsible disclosure for any vulnerabilities discovered
  4. You will respect privacy and handle any discovered data appropriately
  5. You will cease use immediately if authorization is revoked

United States Federal Laws:

  • Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (18 U.S.C. § 1030) - Criminalizes unauthorized computer access
  • Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 1201) - Prohibits circumvention of security measures
  • Wiretap Act (18 U.S.C. § 2511) - Regulates interception of communications
  • Stored Communications Act (18 U.S.C. § 2701) - Protects stored electronic communications

Many U.S. states have additional computer crime laws that may apply, including but not limited to:

Russian Federation Laws:

  • Criminal Code Articles 272-274 - Unauthorized access, malicious programs, computer information security violations
  • Federal Law No. 149-FZ - On Information, Information Technologies and Information Protection
  • Federal Law No. 152-FZ - On Personal Data Protection
  • Administrative Code Chapter 13.11-13.15 - Information security violations

People's Republic of China Laws:

  • Criminal Law Articles 285-287 - Computer crimes and data theft
  • Cybersecurity Law - Network security requirements and obligations
  • Data Security Law - Data processing and cross-border transfer regulations
  • Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL) - Personal data protection requirements
  • Network Security Law - Critical information infrastructure protection

By using this software, you declare under penalty of perjury that:

    • You own the target systems or have explicit written authorization

    • You will comply with all applicable legal requirements
    • You will obtain all necessary permits and authorizations

  4. Technical Competence:

    • You have sufficient technical knowledge to use these tools safely

🚨 INDEMNIFICATION CLAUSE

YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY, DEFEND, AND HOLD HARMLESS EASYPROTECH LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, AND CONTRIBUTORS FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, DAMAGES, OBLIGATIONS, LOSSES, LIABILITIES, COSTS, DEBTS, AND EXPENSES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ATTORNEY'S FEES) ARISING FROM:

  1. Your use or misuse of this software
  2. Your violation of any terms of this agreement
  3. Your violation of any rights of another person or entity
  4. Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
  5. Any false or misleading information provided by you

EasyProTech LLC is ready for full cooperation with law enforcement agencies of the Russian Federation in identifying and prosecuting those who use this software unethically or illegally.

🔄 MODIFICATION AND TERMINATION

Modifications:

EasyProTech LLC reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Termination:

Your license to use this software terminates automatically if you violate any terms of this agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use and destroy all copies of the software.

Survival:

The disclaimer of warranties, limitation of liability, indemnification clause, and other protective provisions shall survive termination of this agreement.

BY USING THIS SOFTWARE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT:

  1. You have read and understood this entire legal document
  2. You agree to be bound by all terms and conditions
  3. You understand the legal and technical risks involved
  4. You accept full responsibility for your actions
  5. You waive any claims against EasyProTech LLC and its affiliates

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, YOU MUST NOT DOWNLOAD, INSTALL, OR USE THIS SOFTWARE.

⚠️ FINAL WARNING

THIS SOFTWARE CONTAINS POWERFUL TOOLS THAT CAN CAUSE SIGNIFICANT DAMAGE IF MISUSED. UNAUTHORIZED USE MAY RESULT IN SEVERE CRIMINAL AND CIVIL PENALTIES, INCLUDING SUBSTANTIAL FINES AND IMPRISONMENT.
