Import UN/CEFACT XML schema for date/time formats

BDT Date Type should also be handled (actually only DateTime type is recognized by TT on format YYYY-MM-DDTHH:MM:SS).

ebIX ETC decided to translate this requirement into: make the allowed UN/CEFACT date/time format conventions available for the ebIX

XML-schema’s by importing the XML-schema as defined by UN/CEFACT.

Note: how are we to specify a particular format in UMM?

1. we specify for each data/time type we use one particular option in XML
2. we specify an OCL-statement that allows us to specify each format from the UN/CEFACT list
   Of course option 2 gives more flexibility. But do we really need this flexibility at the moment?

Well, I don't think the BDT DateType is anything special for the tool. The DateType BDT has a content attribute with the primitive type TimePoint. TimePoint is mapped onto xsd:dateTime in the XSD generation.

Hence, the exact requirement is still unclear for me.
