Hello,
after calculation and exporting the resulting fcs files into Flowjo, around 50% of the cells doesn't have any value for the UMAP dimension. This occurs without any issue occurring during the running the code.

I would appreciate if someone have faced a similar problem and advice us how to fix it.

Hello Ali,

In theory every cell that is part of the export should have UMAP coordinates and regressed values for exploratory markers. Could you share an FCS file and your script so that I can look into potential problems ?
