[BUG] - r2modman 3.2.17 shortcut deletes itself

Describe the bug
Basically when I try to pin r2modman 3.2.17 to the taskbar and then quit r2modman, the shortcut turns into the deleted shortcut icon and when I click on it, an error window pops up saying basically r2modman.exe has been changed or moved, so this shortcut won't work properly.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open r2modman 3.2.17
2. Pin to taskbar in Windows
3. Close app
4. Try clicking on shortcut in Taskbar

Expected behavior
Ideally, it should save as a shortcut so when I want to open r2modman, I can just click on it, instead of having to search for it.

This is related to NSIS - It deletes the shortcuts because the auto updater effectively does an uninstall and a reinstall.

There isn't anything I can do about it as far as I'm aware.

I have had a larger look into the auto updater and eventually I plan to start releasing Velopack builds to replace NSIS. This will be a fairly long task though and won't be happening in the immediate future.

Once Velopack builds are out, people will be required to migrate to a new installer type, but a manual process will be kicked off by starting it via an update banner. This will result in EOL for NSIS builds (but won't require a whole manual re-download process to update).
