[UD] In 'User Preferences' Gitconfig' user name/email do not have text information they are required fields to fill

Describe the bug

If the "username" and "email" fields are empty, there is no text indicating that these fields are required.

Steps to reproduce

• Open User Preferences on dashboard
• Open 'Gitconfig' tab
• leave user name and email empty

Expected behavior

The fields should also contain text (not only a color) indicating that they are required to fill.
