If the "private key" field is empty, there is no text indicating that this field is required to fill.

Steps to reproduce
- open User Preferences on Dashboard
- open 'SSH Keys' tab -> 'Add SSH Keys'
- leave 'Private Key' field empty
Expected behavior
The field should also contain text (not only a color) indicating that it is required to fill.
