[UD] In 'User Preference - Add SSH keys' section private key field does not have text indicating it is required to fill

Describe the bug

If the "private key" field is empty, there is no text indicating that this field is required to fill.

Steps to reproduce

• open User Preferences on Dashboard
• open 'SSH Keys' tab -> 'Add SSH Keys'
• leave 'Private Key' field empty

Expected behavior

The field should also contain text (not only a color) indicating that it is required to fill.
