[UD] In 'Restore from Backup' section 'Backup image URL' and 'Workspace name' do not have text indicating they are required to fill

Describe the bug

If the 'Backup image URL' and 'Workspace name' leave empty there is no text indicating that these fields are required to fill.

Steps to reproduce

• open 'Workspace' section on Dashboard
• open 'Backups' tab -> 'Restore Workspace'
• start to enter values , then leave Backup image URL and Workspace name fields empty

Expected behavior

A test message should appear asking you to enter a value, as this is a required field.
