Connection to itemis failing when running xtext project mwe2 workflow

After creating a new xtext project and trying to run GenerateMyDsl.mwe2 as a MWE2 Worflow, Eclipse tries to download this file:

394  [main] INFO  erator.parser.antlr.AntlrToolFacade  - Downloading file from 'https://download.itemis.com/antlr-generator-3.2.0-patch.jar' ...
21670 [main] WARN  erator.parser.antlr.AntlrToolFacade  - Downloading file from 'https://download.itemis.com/antlr-generator-3.2.0-patch.jar' failed.
java.net.ConnectException: Connection timed out: connect

And as you can see, it fails. I tried with different networks and computers and I still have this problem. It also occurs when trying to generate Xtext artefacts from my DSL. I'm wondering if this will get fixed soon and if there's a workaround.

Yes they appear to have an outage today. We can only hope it’s fixed soon. This is more an xtext question than an emf question
