Add an internal review step to check submissions #1194
Description
What?
Add an internal review step to:
- check submissions to NIHMS that haven't received a PMCID yet.
- check submissions that haven't gotten to DSpace yet
Why?
Some people might not realize their JScholarship/Nihms submission is stalled.
How?
If it's past a certain timeline (maybe 30 days?) send the submitted an email notification.
