Update TestCafe and remove workaround #1213
Description
What?
There was an issue with testcafe running chrome 142.x that required a workaround parameter added to several repositories. We should monitor the testcafe issue DevExpress/testcafe#8446 for when a fix is released.
When the testcafe fix is released, we should removed the workaround in the following PRs and run tests to ensure it fixes the issue:

Why?
Too keep workaround testcafe runtime parameter to a minimum.
