Snippets are not being saved in workspace

Eclipse IDE for Enterprise Java and Web Developers (includes Incubating components), version 2024-12 (4.34.0), build id 20241128-0757.

In one of my workspaces, my new snippets (i.e., bits of code saved in the snippets tab) are not being saved. If I exit Eclipse and come back the snippet I created is not there. In other workspaces it seems to work fine.

There are a couple of errors in the .log.

Error 1:

!MESSAGE Ignored reentrant call while viewer is busy. This is only logged once per viewer instance, but similar calls will still be ignored.

I have the same problem in my Eclipse 2024-12 workspaces.

The problem seems to be that newly created categories and their items aren't being saved in the "Customize Palette" dialog. No errors are displayed in the error log. However, new items in old categories are saved.

Snippets are not being persisted when Eclipse is closed.

Same problem.
However, I noticed the pattern.

1. Create new Snippet Category, create item, close IDE, open IDE. Result - the snippet is lost.
2. Create new Snippet Category, create item, Let's go to some other place. for example, in a code editor and/or Menu > Project > Clean. Result - snipped saved as expected

P.S after edit snippet in ide. the file:
\workspace.metadata.plugins\org.eclipse.wst.common.snippets\user.xml
show size 0 bytes. may be locked.
After project clean>build. show normal size.
