fckit_test_shared_ptr failure with AOCC

What happened?

fckit_test_shared_ptr test failing with AOCC compiler with warnings like:

/lustre/ehz1res/research/data/users/david.davies/cylc-run/mo-bundle-412/share/mo-bundle/fckit/src/tests/test_shared_ptr.F90:600: warning: FCTEST_CHECK_EQUAL( cxx_destructor_called(), 2 )
--> [ 1 != 2 ]

What are the steps to reproduce the bug?

Hello thanks for raising this issue. I managed to reproduce it.

This was identified as a compiler bug, and can be worked around with merging of #80.
This problem is also present with some other compilers, e.g. some older intel compilers and NVHPC compilers.
I had forgotten in the past that I had quarantined this test for compilers that were problematic.
Now I have more introspection and hence managed to reproduce this simply. I think when #80 is merged we can close this issue, but really I should follow this up with compiler bug reports.
