All 'slider' components should have a INT and FLOAT input option

Called 'wholenumbers' in the UI item.
For some input you want the slider to 'snap' onto the whole number (even if it's invisible), and for some input you would want a floating slider without nudging towards fixed values.
This feature is currently not possible, it's all 'wholenumbers'.
