[Request] SKILL.md file for agents

Add a simple SKILL.md file or a section to AGENTS.md for usage by LLMs.
I used some queries with composer-1 and it worked flawlessly! May be good to add this for first class support for LLMs.

@daviziks That's a great idea, thanks! Do you mean to specify how to run the commands in the SKILL.md file, or to give it instructions on the code? Sorry, I'm not really well versed in these AI workflows.

Were you able to check and manipulate query results with composer? (I don't have cursor here so I can't test on my own). Something I should do is to allow the user to print pam run results directly as json or csv (eg pam run "select * from employees" --output=json) to avoid opening the table TUI. I'm not sure, but I think agents might have a hard time interactive with a TUI

For manipulating the query results, I just ran pan run "select * from mytable", stopped the run, and then told the agent to read the output, since it can’t interact with the TUI.

I think an output flag will be required, because many people won’t want to follow the steps I used.

thanks!! that make things clear! Makes sense to work on this + the output flag.
I'll push it to the v0.3.0 release, since some things might still changebon the projects ux and then we would need to rewrite some of the skills.MD file.
