Dedupe-mode flow: pick the index file, fingerprint the TARGET library (progress/cancel) reusing the Pass 1 pipeline (#5), run matching, assemble the review set. Apply the same non-local policy as Pass 1.
Acceptance criteria
- End-to-end run on a real library pair produces matches.
- Progress + cancel for fingerprinting and matching.
- Counts summarized: target total, matched, unmatched, skipped non-local.
