Test harness over a labeled fixture set (true duplicates incl. resized/recompressed/format-changed, plus tricky non-duplicates like bursts/similar scenes). Compute precision/recall per preset; tune the CLAUDE.md thresholds; document final numbers.
Acceptance criteria
- Reproducible precision/recall report per preset.
- Strict achieves very high precision on the fixture set.
- Final thresholds committed and reflected in CLAUDE.md.
