Output Element is not returning Values.

Issue Details

I used Output Element in my template to return the keys after deployment. The Output element is supposed to return Values after deployment. But after the deployment is completed successfully, it only displays the "Manage your resources" statement just below "Deployment Complete" statement.

Repro steps

1. Add an Output Section and Check.
2. Head on to this GitHub repo, if needed.
