Possible to detect Ctrl+Enter?

Thank you for this library. We're making a language and it helps us make a console/REPL for it.

I looked at the sources and I see that this combination doesn't exist. Is there an underlying technical problem in detecting this or it was just something that wasn't needed so far. (Shift+Enter would also be Ok, if Ctrl+Enter isn't possible).

(Also arrow keys stop working when I'm in tmux, but that is a separate issue I won't go into now)
