[DisplayDumpLocationAction] Implement an alternative SourceContextProvider #8
Description
The SourceContextProvider that is used to determine the location of the dump was only added in Symfony Debug component in 4.1.
We need to be compatible with the 3.4 version.
ATM, this action is simply not enabled silently if the class is not available.
The behavior should just be reimplemented and we should watch for changes on this class to reapply them here.
