Return value of WritePropertyRequest is always false

When calling WritePropertyRequest the return value is always false as if the operation timed out. I can see OnSimpleAck or OnError events firing with the result of the operation and the value changes on the bacnet device.

After discovering ReadPropertyAsync was also broken I reverted to 2.0.4 and that has fixed all issues.
