test-reporter workflow is failing with an HTTP 403 error

test-reporter workflow runs (https://github.com/elastic/opbeans-node/actions/workflows/test-reporter.yml) have been failing for a long while now. The current failure is (https://github.com/elastic/opbeans-node/actions/runs/8685154302):

Response code 403 (Forbidden)

A few weeks ago it was (https://github.com/elastic/opbeans-node/actions/runs/8685154302):

Response code 400 (Authentication information is not given in the correct format. Check the value of Authorization header.)

@elastic/observablt-robots Are you able to take a look sometime? Thanks. This is not blocking anything.

Thanks @trentm for the heads up.

It started to happen last week, and we put a fix in place:

• github-action: fix test-reporting apm-pipeline-library#2592

But I think something else is going on and likely related to the v3 / v4 support.... for now, if possible, I'd suggest disabling the test-reporter workflow using the GitHub UI

Or wait until we find out what's going on.
