Update of featured items

With PyCon and SFD passed now we remove them from spotlight and ideally moved further down where there would be a link to their dedicated page to report on how it went and future follow ups, watch parties, etc.

There first needs to be the SFD and Pycon post so that when the Past Events section is added then people don't click on empty links
