Display full name of entities instead of IDs and ensure the field labels are consistent

The top of a

submission landing page should give users context about the submission.

Instead, it displays IDs of different entities:
E.g.
Institution: ELU_I_97
Project: ELU-1-D54CB7-1

It should to big extend cover the same information available from exported DOCX

• ensure the labelling of the fields is consistent over forms and exported DOCX (Project vs Receiving Project, Institution vs Submitting institution vs Submitting institute, Recipient vs Receiving User(s) vs Recipient user(s))
• ensure the displayed value is consistent over forms and exported DOCX
• ensure capitalised letters are used consistently (Receiving Project vs Submitting institution)
• it would be nice to display full name of the entity + ID in the bracket/grey
