[Feature Request] API Documentation

I have been using Scrob for a few days and have been loving it. It does everything Trakt did for me, and I also found it better than other self-hosted Trakt alternatives.

The only key thing currently missing is API Documentation, as it appears to already expose API endpoints, but without proper documentation it is a bit of a hit/miss when migrating existing scripts.

Would appreciate it if this is added.

Hi. Api definition is available on /docs or /redoc when you're logged in as an Admin user on version 1.46.0
