[Feature Request] Respect the Characteristic Presentation Formats

When I open a new characteristic for writing, toolBLEx assumes it's hex and I have to go through the trouble of picking a data format to write in.

Thanks for the great piece of software, has made my life easier when testing hobby projects.

Describe the solution you'd like

toolBLEx could use the "Characteristic Presentation Format" to determine the default type, which would save me some clicking.

Hi, sorry, I'm just getting back to working a bit on this project.

Implementing "Characteristic Presentation Format" is a great idea, I'm looking at it right now. I should probably implement "Valid Range" at the same time.

Being an optional part of the BLE norm, the real challenge will be to find a real world example of this descriptor being used...
