The only ones I've heard widely are Japlish, Chinglish, Singlish, and Spanglish. There are others that you tend to only hear in western expat communities in the countries: Konglish and Manglish spring to mind.

I myself use Euroenglish for English that is identifiable as something nonnative speakers from Europe would say that native speakers would tend not to say. Sometimes because you're not sure what the writer's native language might be, sometimes a word such as "touristic" is used all over Europe but rare among native speakers, etc.
