Updating Nodes installed by Admin #7

Thanks for a great tool.

If I uninstall a Node and then reinstall it, does it bring down the latest version of a Node or does it use the previously installed/cached version?. I have produced a Dockerfile for NodeRed and I am looking for a way in which the users can keep their Nodes up to date.
