For all the True/False questions, the correct answer is listed first.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. After importing CC package to Moodle always correct answer is listed first 
for True/false type question.
2. How to remove list appearing before each answer choice for multiple choice 
type question.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
1. True should be always first and False will be second.
2. Multiple choice should appear without numbering.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
