Human error. There's often a disconnect between https://www.siivagunner.wiki/wiki/SiIvaGunner_Wiki:Discord_server#Verified_users and the local verified members list.

When /verified_members add is performed, the bot should attempt to add any missing members from the Postgres server. Note that this is a one way sync; changes to https://www.siivagunner.wiki/wiki/SiIvaGunner_Wiki:Discord_server#Verified_users should not be reflected.
