Here i will post some kind of devlog and discuss way of framework improvements

so, i'm working for more than 3 weeks in beating ORT fp32 pipeline on my 7500f CPU via model with two small inputs (128, 256). Yolo8n was tested on small arm (opi zero3) and we losing at big inputs. fixing it too. job is hard, but i like it. optimizations got much better, also i saw that somehow docs were ruined for some of my crates, also working on that.

main goal now - edge computing with very cheap devices.

almost same results as ORT at my task. will finish it later, coming back to ARM.
