i am doing laser-plasma simulation using EPOCH code. i tried to put a spatially varying (linear ramp followed by constant field) external magnetic field into my simulation using the "fields" block of EPOCH. but i saw the static magnetic field does not remain same and evolves with time , it also generates the electric field. i do not want a changing external magnetic field. is there any provision for that like for ex. "external_fields" block in EPOCH. i am using the "4.18" version of EPOCH.
