In this issue we will note the necessary changes on eqasim that will be identified during the code sprint.

• Remove EqasimVehicleTourConstraint as it was now transferred to VehicleTourConstraint in the dmc contrib.

• While we're at it, we should remove the legacy non-configurable TourLengthFilter from Eqasim
