What problem do you want to solve?

The mdn/data README notes that mdn/data is in the process of being deprecated in favor of w3c/webref

This repo currently depends on mdn-data and uses it in baseline generation to filter CSS functions via mdnData.css.functions.

What do you think is the correct solution?

Migrate baseline generation off mdn-data and onto @webref/css.

Sure. Note the discussion on eslint/csstree#110 as this isn't a one-to-one replacement.
