Dismiss/Snooze screen no longer visible

I have a Samsung A50 phone & recently received a system update (April 24, 2020) which has somehow interfered with how this app works. Prior to the update, the alarm would sound & the snooze/disable screen would pop up--even when the phone was asleep. Post update, when the alarm goes off only the tone is produced & no snooze/disable screen is visible at any time whether phone is asleep or awake. Currently, in order to silence the alarm one has to wake up the phone, unlock the phone, go into the app & THEN turn off the alarm. VERY ANNOYING! Especially if one has very early morning alarms set & there are other people within earshot.
Please fix this issue.
