When I tried to download the software package, the download speed was very slow, under 1MB/s. Even though the signal is good.
I have tried to increase the clock rate of SPI. But the issure still exist.
Is this situation normal?

The download speed relates to multiple factors including but not limited to:

• Environmental factors like interference
• Setup restriction (intentional or unintentional)

For starters, please check what SPI clock frequency you send from host.

If you are using jumper cables, SPI Clock should not be set > 10MHz.
ESP32-C3 Slave SPI module can accept SPI clock <= 40MHz, but only with PCB.

We have changed SPI Clock to 30MHz, the low download speed still occured.
I suspect whether the part related to signal strength in the driver code has not been switched successfully.

And the ESP32C3 chip is attach to the PCB

First test the raw throughput. This would let us know the bare minimum transport speed.
