From the specs side, 7778 is a one liner and 7976 a constant change.
For 7981 I have a PR here (but it's also very simple):

We still need to do an analysis with the specs and tests in mind. Two gas repricings could have different complexities in terms of specs and especially in testing. E.g. an EIP modifying the value of an already-existing gas price constant is (generally) much simpler than a creation of a new gas constant.
