Check extension for modification

Would be nice to have a feature for checking if an extension has been modified, either by checking the checksums in ext_emconf, or by comparing directly with the version in TER.

Nice idea. I added it to the features list in the README.
I can do it, but that will take some time because of lack of time.
Are you willing to provide a PR for this? ;-)
