modify sihumi_test community

Hi, if I have an additional .RDS file from a bacterium that is not yet part of the simulation test community, is it possible to add this one and see how it changes during the simulation?

Also, how can I add gluconate (cpd01795, 2-Deoxy-D-gluconate, 4) slowly during the simulation and see if the newly added microbe increases in abundance?
