This repository is intentionally small. Internal org automation, reusable
workflows, helper scripts, service catalogs, guardrails, and operating contracts
belong in the private evalops/.github-private repository.

Do not add workflows, issue templates, pull request templates, service catalogs,
guardrail scripts, internal runbooks, or org automation here. Maintainers with
access should make those changes in evalops/.github-private.
Keep public content limited to what an external reader needs to understand EvalOps, contact the team, or report a security issue.
See SECURITY.md to report a vulnerability. Report to
security@evalops.dev; do not disclose vulnerabilities publicly before
coordinated remediation.
