Add OR logic operations and allow tags for more filters

Describe the Addition

It would be helpful to be able to replace blocks that match any of xyz data (e.g. facing south OR west would match targets facing south or west) and to be able to tag neighbors (e.g. neighbor down "#minecraft:dirt" would match targets above any dirt-type block), biomes (e.g. "#minecraft:is_cold" for all cold biomes), and structures (e.g. "#minecraft:village" for all villages) instead of pasting several rules for each parameter

I like the idea for tags. As a temporary workaround, you can copy the rules and each additional one essentially acts as an "or", but that's obviously overly wordy
