Describe the bug
Multiple users do not see each other's venues, events, or calls.

To Reproduce
Have multiple users logged in to the same server (we are self-hosted rather than using lite). Create a venue with one user, and it will not appear on the other user's venue list.

Expected behavior
If multiple users can't see each other's venues/events/calls, multiple users cannot work together on a large-scale or complex event.

Environment (please complete the following information):

• OS: Windows 11
• Browser: Chrome (Version 150.0.7871.187)
• Version: 1.3.0

Additional context
We just started the hosting via Firebase and are currently "playing around" with CrowdCAD to determine the best way for us to use it. This is an early hiccup we found - but also understanding it's quite possible the feature just hasn't been implemented yet and may not actually be a bug.

Thanks for the detailed report and for including your environment info.

Before we treat this as a bug, I want to check one thing: are the venues/events being shared with the other dispatcher's account? Right now, venues and events aren't visible to other users on your server by default. They need to be explicitly shared. You can do this from the 3-dot menu on a venue or event, by selecting Share Venue / Share Event and adding the other user's email.

Could you confirm whether you've tried sharing the venue this way, and whether the other user still can't see it afterward?

If you have shared it and it's still not showing up for the other account, that would point to an actual bug (possibly related to your self-hosted Firebase setup rather than Lite), and I'll dig into it further from that angle.

Thank you for answering this so quickly.

I was able to share the venue with another email and I was able to access it from that secondary email. That seems to work ok.

If I wanted to suggest additional functionality regarding this, could I add it here or should I add that elsewhere?
