Missing values in user endpoint (Entry Date, Exit Date, Base load (h/day), ...)

How can I use https://api.hellohq.io/v2/Users/12345
to read the values for “entry date” and “exit date”?
Also, the “base load [h/day]” and “internal cost rate [per h]”?

The raw data for base load you can get here.
https://api.hellohq.io/v2/Users/12345/WorkingHours

The internal charge rate is currently not available in the API.
