[FEATURE REQUEST] Create a receipt refund request through the API

Creating a refund for a receipt is not possible at the moment, at least the documentation does not provide any hints.
An endpoint for creating the recipe refunds would be useful.

@schakko We'll add it and get back to you. But it will take some weeks. Not because it's that complicated but we have hundreds of other things already planned :-)
